This blend was specially designed to bring out its finest qualities when prepared with an espresso machine. When ready, this coffee should have an exceptionally thick, golden crema, familiar though unique aromas, and a well-balanced taste that is neither too acidic nor too bitter.
Suggested preparation method: In an espresso machine, place 18 g of finely ground coffee in the filter holder and pull an espresso shot. Adjust your grind settings and tamping pressure and aim to extract 40 g of brewed espresso in 26 seconds.
